2016 wasn’t the best reading year for me. I did read a handful of stuff I really loved but for most part it kind of felt eh. I have hope that next year will be better so here are some of the books I want to read in 2017.

1. Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugoshadow-and-bone_hi-res-677x1024

I actually didn’t have much of an interest in this until Six of Crows was released and getting tons of hype. Since they’re both set in the same world I thought I’d start with this which leads me to my second pick.

2. Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

I really need to know what all the hype is about. I feel so out of the loop.

3. Onyx by Jennifer L. Armentrout

I read Obsidian last month and loved it! So really I want to read the rest of the books as well.

4. Summer Days and Summer Nights by Stephanie Perkins25063781

I’m planning to read My True Love Gave to Me this month so why not move on to more short stories next year!

5. The Winner’s Crime by Marie Rutkoskithewinnerscrime

I read The Winner’s Curse this year and for some reason I haven’t read the rest of the series. Why? I have no clue.

6. Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins anna-and-the-french-kiss

Okay so I may have already read this…twice, but I want to read it again. I just love it so much!

7. Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard

I was going to read this a couple months ago, but didn’t. I think I’m going to enjoy it so I’m looking forward to reading it.

8. The Assassins Blade by Sarah J Maas

This is the only Sarah J Maas book I have not read and I need to. I keep hearing everyone saying things about how they’re excited that certain characters showed up in books 4 and 5 5 and I was so lost.

So those were all the books that I really hope to get to in 2017. I didn’t include 2017 releases so I do have a lot more planned. Let me know which one I should read first and I will see you next time, bye!
